📧 Update to Transactional Email Delivery
We have modified how transactional emails are handled when the Symbol Inbox Delivery (SID) sender method is unavailable.
- Previous Behavior: If the SID delivery failed, the system automatically used the default sender as a fallback.
- New Behavior: The SID fallback has been removed. If SID is disabled or fails for any reason, transactional emails will not be sent for the company.
⚒️ New Filter Improvements
Blocked Emails List (Command Center)
Within this release, we've enhanced the filtering and export capabilities for blocked email lists. Users can now filter blocked emails by multiple criteria and export the filtered results to CSV format. The new implementation allows admins to filter by:
- Company (select up to 4 companies)
- Users (select up to 4 users)
- Date Added (select a date period)
Users List (Company Portal)
We’ve upgraded the Users List filter in the Company Portal to our new, standardized filtering component. This update ensures a consistent experience across the entire application, making it easier and more intuitive. Admins can now filter by the following elements:
- Category (Select up to 4 categories)
- 2FA Enabled (True or False)
- Status (Active, Paused, Underliverable)
- Membership (If Entra ID is enabled)
Campaigns List (Command Center)
The campaign's filtering system has undergone substantial improvements in the Campaigns list from the Command Center. MSP admins can now filter the list by:
- Date (select a date period)
- Company (select up to 4 companies)
- Templates (select up to 4 templates)
- Status (Completed, Draft, Running, Scheduled)
- Type (Short, Long, MSP)
Policy Assignments Filter
Policy assignment filtering has been enhanced with improved clarity and functionality. Admins can now filter by the following elements from the company portal:
- Date (select a date period)
- Policy Name (select up to 4 policies)
- Users (select up to 4 users)
- Status (Pending, Completed)
