We've continued refining the Ticketing System to make collaboration simpler and ticket management more intuitive for MSP Admins.
🌟 Key Enhancements:
- More Intentional Ticket Visibility: Child Company Admins will only have access to tickets when they are explicitly added as members or when they create the ticket themselves, giving MSP Admins greater control over ticket access.
- Simplified Public Replies: Public conversations are now easier to follow, with each reply displayed in its own card and a simplified Reply experience. For longer conversations, the Reply actions remain easily accessible at the top of the ticket.
