This release includes significant enhancements for the Admin app. Key highlights include API filters, custom training removals, optimized bulk user removal, and other security improvements.
Delete & Keep Stats for Training Removals
Now, when removing custom training assets from the MSP portal, Owners will have two different options:
- Delete Permanently - This option removes the training asset and all associated assignments.
- Delete & Keep Stats - This option removes the training asset but retains assignment records and training statistics. Also, Pending/Overdue assignments will automatically be marked as "Completed" and won't be accessible by users anymore.
API and Data Filtering
Threat Reporting Filters
Our Symbol Security API now provides more data filters to the Threat Reporting endpoints to efficiently analyze threat data and reduce bandwidth usage. Some of the filters that were added include:
- Date reported
- Status
- Negativity %
- Ignored Results
Add-on Usage
Previously, the /features endpoint only supported PUT and POST methods for enabling or disabling company-level features. With this release, we’ve introduced a new GET method, allowing you to retrieve the current state of these features for auditing and visibility.

Other Enhancements
- We've optimized the bulk user removal for better management.
- We've restricted manual user interactions while the Users' Sync is running.
- We ensured consistency through the phish clicks that were shown in the API and Boardroom Reports.
- Fixed some broken checkboxes.
