TLDR: This release version contains major improvements to corrective workflows, program schedules, and Company Settings.
New Functionalities for Corrective Workflows
We've extended the Corrective Workflows capabilities by adding new trigger actions, more assets, and others. Take a look at the new functionalities:
- Now, Corrective Workflows support Threat Simulations as part of the assignments.
- "Shared Data" events could be selected as triggers, allowing admins to have more options when defining corrective workflows.
- An "Already Used" flag has been included to avoid selecting assets that are being used in other parts of the program, such as the schedule, mandatory content, and more.
New Company Information Fields
To better serve your company's needs, we have enhanced the company information section with additional fields. Capturing details such as required compliance frameworks, privileged access users, and preferred email providers will allow us to personalize future features and improve your program experience.
Other Improvements
- Wording adjustment on the blocked emails list.
- Issue fixed when editing program templates' names.
- Improved experience when selecting multiple categories as part of the schedule assignments.
