We’ve overhauled the User Activity view to give you 360-degree visibility into how and when your users are being notified.
What’s New?
- Full Notification Logging: Beyond just reminders, we now log every Policy Assignment, Training Assignment, and Email Threat notification.
- Granular Delivery Details: Every event now includes important details, such as:
- Asset Info: Specific template or asset details.
- Delivery Status: (Sent, Bounced, or Failed).
- Source: Clear labeling of delivery via Standard or SID.
- Timestamps: Precise logging for better compliance tracking.
- Source Filtering: A new Source Filter allows you to cut through the noise and isolate specific notification types in seconds.

We’ve reorganized the Command Center and Company Portal sidebars to make your navigation faster and your workflow more logical. These changes are designed to group related tasks together, reducing the time you spend searching for specific tools.
Command Center
We’ve centralized your content and execution tools:
- Library Cleanup: "Training Assets" has moved under the Library section for better asset management.
- The "Assignments" Hub: We’ve renamed the "Training" folder to Assignments to better reflect its multi-functional role. It now houses:
- Training
- Threat Simulations
- Queue
Company Portal
The Company Portal layout has been refined for better categorization and specific naming:
- User-Centric Reporting: "Reported Phishing" is now conveniently located under the Users section.
- Clearer Labels:
- Program is now Program and Workflows (reflecting its broader scope).
- Threats has been renamed to DarkWeb Monitoring for immediate clarity.
- Policies (under Assignments) is now Policy PRO.
- Priority Placement: We’ve moved Campaigns above the Library to keep your active initiatives front and center.
⚒️ Other Improvements
- We've added a timestamp to the Domain Threats list; now you can see when a domain threat was found. Filtering capabilities will be added soon đź‘€.
- We've tweaked the UI in some parts of the Command Center.
