We're excited to announce a major enhancement that gives administrators complete control over the communications sent to your users. You can now deeply customize the Training Assignments Notification and User Reminders emails to ensure they perfectly align with your brand and messaging strategy. Emails Customization
You can edit every component of the emails, modifying the Subject Line, Email Body, and Signature, to maintain a consistent brand voice and clear messaging. Boost engagement with dynamic personalization by using custom variables (like User First Name or Company Name) anywhere in the email to insert individual user data.

Quickly Identify SID Integration Failures
MSPs and vCISOs can now monitor SID integration failures directly from the Companies List. Look for the red SID icon on the right side of the screen; it instantly alerts you to any integration problems.
Hover over the icon to see details about the failure.
Click the icon to be redirected straight to the company settings, where you can quickly re-integrate the connection.
