🎯 Updated Scoring Logic for Reported Emails
We’ve refined how we reward your eagle-eyed users! To keep the Cyber Champs leaderboard fair and competitive, we’re introducing tiered scoring for reported simulation emails based on user behavior. The new logic:
Reported (No Click) | +5 Points | No change—pure vigilance!
Reported (After Click) | +2 Points | Adjusted to account for the initial click.
What’s New?
Enhanced Transparency: The reported emails list and detail views now clearly highlight whether a simulation was caught "without clicking" or reported "after clicking."
Leaderboard Clarity: The Cyber Champs feed will now tell the full story. For example: “John reported a Symbol Phishing Simulation email (After Clicking).”
By factoring in the click event, we’re ensuring our scoring accurately reflects true security awareness while still encouraging users to report simulations—even if they fell for the bait initially. Reported Phishing
📅 Threat Simulations Due Date
Administrators can now set individual due dates when assigning Threat Simulations directly from Program Templates and Program Schedules. This improvement makes it easier to use Threat Simulations and ensures assignments are created with clear deadlines without requiring additional manual updates after assignment.Threat simulations
📊 Persistent Dashboard Filters & New Defaults
We’ve streamlined how you view your data to save you time and clicks. Here’s the breakdown:
New Default View: The Company Dashboard and Overview pages now default to Year to Date (YTD) data, giving you an immediate high-level look at your progress.
Sticky Filters: Your time-period selections are now persistent. If you switch to a custom range and navigate away to another page, the app will remember exactly where you left off when you return.
No more resetting your filters every time you jump between tabs—your dashboard now stays exactly how you like it.

Enabled bulk actions for Reporting Admins on Cyber Threat results
We've added a new deferred event for Simulations, which indicates that an email was temporarily rejected by the recipient's mail server and not immediately delivered.
We've made a bunch of user interface improvements in the Admin Portal.
We've refactored training/threat simulation assignment jobs to improve performance.
