This release brings significant improvements to company filters, schedule approval processes, and program recipient management.
Company Filter Improvements
To help MSP Admins better manage their programs, we’ve improved the company filter functionality. This improvement introduces new filter options that streamline navigation and control, allowing admins to quickly access and filter companies by:
- Program Approval Statuses
- Whitelisting Status
- Sender Method
- And others...
Program Stakeholders
The "Boardroom Report Recipients" settings section has been renamed to "Program Stakeholders". Users designated here will:
- Receive notifications for program approval requests.
- Get the monthly boardroom report.
Both admins and external recipients can be added as recipients.
To empower admins with deeper insights, we’ve added the Cyber Risk Score to user exports in the Company Portal. When downloading the list of users as a CSV, this critical metric will now be included alongside other user data.
Whitelisting Setup Evidences
The activity log will now record the event whenever an admin executes or completes a Domain/IP Whitelisting process, ensuring control and a history of this critical action.
