MSP Program Templates

We’re excited to introduce a powerful new feature in the MSP Portal: Program Templates, designed to optimize efficiency for managing multiple Company Programs.

With Program Templates, MSP administrators can now create and assign a collection of training assets and simulation templates to multiple companies simultaneously, simplifying bulk onboarding and program scheduling. Key highlights include the ability to set mandatory content for all users, ensuring consistent training delivery, and support for up to 10 simulation templates and 10 training assets per month.

While program assignments are currently available via the Symbol Security API, we’re actively working to bring this functionality directly into the application in future updates.

Note that edits or deletions to a template won’t affect already assigned programs—stay tuned for more enhancements! Learn more
