Company Program Schedule
We’re thrilled to announce the release of our Company Program Schedule, a major new feature designed to simplify and improve how organizations manage employee training and phishing simulations. This update represents the future of our platform, transitioning from managing individual campaigns to a single, centralized yearly program that delivers consistent, recurring training throughout the year.
Traditionally, our platform has supported ad-hoc campaigns, allowing companies to launch training sessions or phishing simulations on demand. With the Company Program Schedule, you can now manage these efforts more efficiently by planning a comprehensive yearly schedule.
However, for the time being, both the ad-hoc campaigns and the Company Program Schedule will be available, giving you the flexibility to gradually transition to the new model as you see fit.

✨ What Changed?
- Limiting Points Scoring for Reported Emails
This update includes a change to the Email Reporting feature. The app will no longer award points to users for reporting the same emails multiple times. Please note that this change will only affect point scoring. Reports will still be sent to the designated recipients and will be listed in the reports list.
- Ignoring External Users from EntraID
The app will now ignore "External" User Accounts or accounts that end with "onmicrosoft.com" when syncing the population from EntraID.
⚒️ App Improvements
- We've enhanced the accuracy of the Boardroom Report generation to exclude campaigns added outside the selected period.
- Fixed login issues for companies using the Single Sign On (SSO) as their main authentication method.
