Introducing Company-Specific Access Tokens for Our API
We’re excited to announce an enhancement to our API authentication process! You can now request a company-specific access token when making calls to the /auth/access endpoint.
Key details:
- The new company-specific token will only grant access to information for the specified company.
- If the token is used outside of its intended company, an error code will be returned to indicate the issue.
Important Note:
If no company ID is provided in the request, the access token will function as a general token, just as it does today. This general token can be used across all company information.
MSP Improvements
- MSP admins will now be able to access the “Training Queue” view from the left sidebar by navigating to Training > Queue.
- Fixing duplicated categories issue when removed users also had admin memberships.
