This release includes general improvements for the Admin Portal. Let's take a look at them:

In previous releases, we unified user reminder notifications by combining various features, such as Training, Policies, and Email Threat Alerts. This consolidation also merged notification settings into a single control, inadvertently removing the option to send reminders for specific features. In this release, we're reintroducing that flexibility—allowing admins and users to customize their reminder emails by selecting the content they wish to include in the compacted email.

Now, training assets from the company portal will show the thumbnail image of the course, so you can easily identify them and choose the best option for your assignments!

The companies list has been updated with a fresh new style, enhancing the overall viewing experience. Company admins are now displayed more clearly, with a compact layout that optimizes the list, especially when a company has multiple admins. This new design allows you to see key admin details at a glance without overwhelming the view. You can still easily access an admin’s profile by clicking on their initials, and if there are additional admins, simply click on the “+” button to reveal the full list. This update aims to provide a cleaner, more organized look while maintaining quick access to all relevant admin information.

In previous releases, we introduced Global Search in the MSP portal, enabling MSP admins to quickly navigate between companies, groups, and more. However, once inside a specific company’s portal, the Global Search feature was unavailable. To enhance usability, we have now extended Global Search into individual company portals, allowing admins to easily jump to another company, group, or back to the MSP/User portal with ease.
