Dynamic Data Variables
We’re excited to introduce Dynamic Data Variables, a new feature that enhances phishing simulations by using real, company-specific data like employee/admin names, emails, and job titles. Replace generic placeholders (e.g., "John Smith") with personalized details for more realistic training.
Key Highlights:
- Versatile: Use in all campaign types, including Short, MSP, and Company Programs as well.
- Customizable: Configure in Short and MSP Campaigns (coming soon to Company Program schedules).
- Secure: Only available upon company approval, ensuring privacy and compliance.
Other Additions
Company/User Notifications Improvements
- We made an adjustment to the Company notifications, from now on: if notifications are disabled at the company level then users will be restricted from enabling them from their profiles.
- We've optimized the selectors of training assets and phishing simulation templates to load faster.
- We've included activity logs for Program Template actions such as adding, updating, or removing from the company program schedule and onboarding.
- Now admins can set "End of the month" as the due date from the company program schedule
- We've added the ability to create Program Templates from MSP curriculums.
🐛 Bug Fixes
- We've fixed an issue when invoices were expiring.
- We've fixed an issue when white-labeled URLs showed default branding colors/logos.
- We've fixed a 500 error from the terms and conditions page.
