TLDR: This release brings significant additions to API functionality, user authentication, session management, company program and Report a Phish button.
New Additions
❇️ Enabling API for Single Companies
We’ve implemented API support for single companies, enabling them to use our API endpoints. Additionally, we’ve improved API descriptions for better usability and fixed scoped token and middleware issues to enhance overall system reliability and security.
These enhancements aim to deliver a smoother and more efficient experience for our customers using the API.

📨 Supporting Alias Accounts for the 'Report a Phish' Button
We’re pleased to announce that the 'Report a Phish' (RaP) button now supports alias accounts in the Outlook application. Previously, users with alias accounts were unable to report phishing emails, encountering a message stating, "We're sorry, your email account is not allowed to use this feature."
With this enhancement, the RaP button now allows users to report phishing emails from their alias accounts, improving accessibility and strengthening overall phishing defense capabilities.
🔔 Monthly Reminder for Company Program Schedule
We have introduced a monthly email reminder for administrators scheduling content through the Company Program Schedule. These reminders will be sent exclusively to company admins with the "Owner" role at the end of each month. The email will provide an overview of the content scheduled to be sent to their users in the upcoming month, ensuring admins stay informed and can make any necessary adjustments in advance.
⏳ Session Timeout
To enhance security and protect user sessions, we’ve introduced a session timeout functionality. This update includes the implementation of inactivity detection, which automatically signs out users after one hour of inactivity.
This feature is designed to mitigate unauthorized access risks by ensuring sessions are securely terminated when left unattended.
This release significantly enhances the platform's functionality, security, and user experience. Users can expect improved performance, more robust authentication, and new features to streamline their workflow.
