We’re excited to introduce powerful updates that make managing users more intuitive and efficient! Admins can now pause and unpause users on Symbol Security at any time, with clear visual indicators to distinguish paused users across lists and profile pages.
What happens when pausing a user?
Paused users won't be able to access the user portal and won’t receive notifications about training or policy assignment reminders, nor simulation emails—offering a streamlined way to manage inactive users without disruptions. Users List
To make large-scale management even easier, we’ve also added bulk actions for pausing and unpausing users, as well as advanced filters to quickly locate paused accounts in both the UI and API.
Important: For companies using Entra ID Synchronization, we’ll be automatically pausing users who are disabled in EntraID, ensuring a smoother, more synchronized experience.
🔐 Identifying Users with 2FA-enabled
Admins now have enhanced visibility into account security directly from the users' list. A new column, 2FA, has been added to provide quick insights into which users have enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. This feature allows administrators to identify users who have already activated this critical security measure, promoting better account protection across the organization.
📅 Company Schedule Updates
To improve the user experience in the Company Program Schedule, we've added the year next to each month of the schedule. Also, we've refreshed the Company UI by making the current month in progress more visible and adding a section to historical months. We also adjusted the responsive UI from the month's details page. ⚒️ Other Enhancements
Enhanced UI of the user profile page when an account has both user and admin memberships, also improved font color handling for whitelabel functionality.
Prevented user duplication during admin invitation and removal processes.
