v3.36.0
Feb 21, 2024
This release includes a collection of critical bug fixes, feature enhancements, and refactors.

Outlook "Report a Phish" Modifications

This release involves a rework of how we process suspicious emails reported with the Report a Phish button, with new backend algorithms for forwarding and deleting reported emails. Adjustments have also been made to handle possible situations of empty headers.

  • Email Content Forward
From now when reporting a suspicious email using the Outlook Report a Phish button, apart from notifying the email addresses configured at the Report a Phish settings, it will auto-forward the content of the email to them. If you still don't know where to add the external email addresses, navigate to the company settings and click on the "Add Emails" link from the Report a Phish section.

  • Email Content Attachment
For admins subscribed to Phish Alert notifications, now the email notification will show both the phish alert details and a .eml file attached containing the content of the email reported by the user.

  • Auto-Removing Reported Emails
Apart from forwarding to the defined recipients the content of the email that was reported, the app will automatically remove it from the users' inboxes to protect the user and company from falling victim to scams.
Note: In order to experience these changes for the Report a Phish button in your company, you need to download from the app the new Outlook Manifest and clear cache if needed.

LMS Portal Rename to "User Portal"

We have renamed various instances of the "Training/Student Portal" to "User Portal". This change is reflected in multiple pages of the app and email notifications like manager invitations training assignments, policy assignments, and others.

Historical Seats Count for Companies

Our application is now prepared to show the historical number of seats billed per company, so on the next releases, MSSP admins will be able to see and manage the details of each invoice from the admin portal. The implementation of historical billing data in our application will equip MSSP admins with valuable insights and control.

Bug Fixes

  • We fixed a bug when phishing emails were not correctly being sent.
Exciting times, lots of changes, and plenty to look forward to.
